These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Explore Georgia Tours ("we", "us", "our") services and website. By making a booking or inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings
Bookings can be requested via our contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and, where applicable, receive the required deposit.
2. Payments
- Deposit requirements (if applicable) will be outlined in your proposal.
- Final balance due dates and accepted payment methods will be stated in your confirmation.
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
3. Changes & Amendments
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes requested by you. Changes may be subject to additional costs from suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport). Final itineraries are sent prior to travel.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Refund eligibility depends on supplier policies and timing. Non-refundable services (e.g., certain hotels or activities) may not be reimbursable.
- No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
5. Travel Documents & Insurance
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and entry requirements.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellations, baggage, and personal liability.
6. Health, Safety & Conduct
- Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or mobility considerations in advance.
- You agree to follow local laws and guidance from our guides for your safety and the respect of local communities.
7. Our Responsibility
We act with due care in arranging services but are not liable for events beyond our control, including force majeure (weather, strikes, natural events, border closures, etc.). Where issues arise, we will seek reasonable alternatives of comparable value where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Complaints
If you encounter an issue during your trip, notify us immediately so we can assist. If unresolved, please send a written summary within 14 days after your travel date so we can review.
10. Media & Testimonials
With your consent, we may request to use photos or feedback from your trip on our website and social channels. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
